Inspired by American Wood Type, I designed this wedding invite. This school project challenged me to apply a historical design style from the Premodern Era to a modern context.
For this wedding invite, I created an imaginary couple with an adventurous spirit. Their wedding theme is The Wild West! I thought American Wood Type was the perfect was to show this. The goal was to create something that felt timeless yet had that rugged, frontier charm. It was a fun project, and I loved bringing together typography elements to make something truly personal for their big day.
